Rosemary Quatrale is the Older Adult Care Manager at Jewish Family Service.Rosemary Quatrale is the Older Adult Care Manager at Jewish Family Service.She grew up in the Detroit area and graduated from the University of Michiganwith a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology. After raising three children, Rosemaryearned a Master’s Degree in Human Development Social Policy with a GraduateCertificate in Gerontology from the University of Utah. Upon completion of agerontology practicum with Jewish Family Service in 2015, she was hired by theagency to continue to provide services to older adults. Rosemary oversees theMusic and Memory program, the Caregiver Support Groups, the DementiaFriendly Activities, and has developed new programs to meet the needs ofcaregivers during the time of COVID-19. She loves interacting directly with herclients and is passionate about finding creative ways to enhance the lives ofpeople living with dementia.

Alianne Sipes has worked as a Long-Term Care (LTC) Ombudsman for the pastAlianne Sipes has worked as a Long-Term Care (LTC) Ombudsman for the pastnine years. She began her career as a LTC Ombudsman first for Salt LakeCounty, and later for Davis County. In March of 2022, Alianne was promoted tothe State Long-Term Care Ombudsman. Originally from Arizona, she earned herundergraduate degree in child development from Brigham Young University(BYU). In 2021, Alianne completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) atUtah State University (USU). While working for Salt Lake County, she served as acommunity representative on the University of Utah's GerontologyInterdisciplinary Program's Advisory Committee. Alianne lives in Hooper, UT andenjoys spending time with her two black labs (Padfoot and Blackie) as well asher four young nieces and nephews.

Dr. Cami Collett was raised in Colorado and came to Utah in 1975 to attend Westminster College in Salt Lake City. She graduated from the University of Utah Medical Center (UUMC) in 1983. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at Holy Cross Hospital with the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine (DFPM) at the University of Utah. She has been training young family medicine physicians since 1986. She started Family Medicine Residency Program in 1994 that is now based at St. Mark’s Hospital.She returned to Westminster College to complete her Masters of Public Health (MPH) in 2018. She studied ways to improve Advance Care Planning (ACP), so patients’ wishes can be followed at the end of life.Her husband is a retired physics professor and her 36 year-old son has his masters in music. She loves singing, hiking, swimming, skiing, bicycling, and spending time with her grandson.
